March 2011 recording session

In March 2011, I recorded solo repertoire for tuba and piano for a future CD release. Rodrigo Ojeda played piano, Erica Brenner (Erica Brenner Productions) produced, and Riccardo Schultz was the recording engineer. The recording was made in the Kresge Theater at the Carnegie Mellon University School of Music. The new Melton/Meinl Weston 2250 piston F tuba was used for almost all of the tracks (the Melton/Meinl Weston 6450 CC was used for a couple). More information about the recording will be forthcoming as its release draws closer, hopefully by the Autumn of 2011. Below are some photos from the sessions.
